Kevin Schwantz Will be Riding RC212V Marco Simoncelli

Kevin Schwantz will motorhome RC212V's Marco Simoncelli on lap tribute of three-class Grand Prix in Valencia. Schwantz is the 1993 world champion as well as a childhood idol of the late Marco Simoncelli. MotoGP community has plans to give tribute to the late Marco Simoncelli during this weekend at the series final of the 2011 season at the Circuit Ricardo Tomo in Valencia.

At 10.10 local time on Sunday (11/06/2011) This all riders of all three World Championship classes have been invited to depart from the pit lane as a group. They will race as many as one lap in Sirkuti Ricardo Tomo to pay tribute to the former world champion 250 cc class.
